Technical Support

Prophecy customers with support included in their subscription can use the Customer Support Portal to open and manage support cases. The portal lets eligible support contacts track open requests, review ticket history, and share additional details with the Prophecy Support team.

Prophecy support engineers work across data engineering, platform operations, and product escalation paths to help diagnose and resolve customer issues. Support may include:

  • Troubleshooting project behavior
  • Pipeline issues with:
  • Execution
  • Orchestration
  • Integrations
  • Deployment
  • Runtime environments

For detailed instructions about opening a case, including what information to provide, see our Support Requests documentation.

Support Request Documentation

Prioritizing Requests

Prophecy prioritizes incoming support requests based on business impact and severity. Issues that block production use without a workaround — for example, workspace unavailability or critical production pipeline failures — are handled with the highest urgency.

Less critical issues, such as minor UI behavior, development-only issues, how-to questions, or documentation clarifications, are prioritized according to their impact.

For detailed severity definitions, response targets, and coverage details, please refer to the Support Requests documentation.

Escalating Issues

If the business impact of an issue changes after a support case is opened, you can update the ticket with the latest details, impact, logs, screenshots, or affected resources. This helps the Support team reassess priority and continue troubleshooting with the right context.

For additional coordination or visibility, you may also contact your Customer Success Manager.

Troubleshooting

Prophecy projects can experience issues related to version control, deployments, connections, runtime environments, pipeline logic, or platform configuration.

Before opening a support ticket, you can review troubleshooting resources to see if your issue is related to any of these common problems and their solutions.
