Is Prophecy free to use?
The Starter edition is free to use. For Professional, Enterprise Express and Enterprise pricing plans, contact sales for more information
Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Starter edition (free trial)?
No, you do not need a credit card to sign up for the Starter edition. However if you exceed the compute limits, you will be asked to provide a credit card to continue.
What are my payment options?
Corporate credit cards (only available for Professional Edition), ACH, or Wire transfers.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. We will apply applicable state and local sales tax based on the address provided at checkout or on your order form.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
How do I upgrade from Starter to Professional plan?
First, sign up for the Starter Edition. You’ll be able to upgrade to the Professional Edition after you sign in for the first time on the billing page under your settings.
How do credits work?
Credit usage is calculated by resource type–see the chart below for credit rates. You can check your credit usage in the Starter or Professional Edition by going to your settings page.
